SatlaTikTIKTOK LIVE STUDIOTerms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
Acceptance
When you open or use SatlaTik (the "platform" or the "service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to every visitor, creator and anyone else who uses the service.
1.About the service
SatlaTik is a toolkit for TikTok LIVE creators. It connects your LIVE to OBS and TikTok LIVE Studio with overlays, alerts, leaderboards, goals, gift tracking, song requests and automation. The platform runs as a studio in your browser and gives you widget links to use in streaming software.
SatlaTik is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Discord, or by any other third party whose data or services it uses.
2.Account and login
You log in with Discord. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for everything that happens under your SatlaTik account.
- You must be old enough to create an online account in your country.
- Keep your login and your private overlay links safe. Do not share them in public.
- Use SatlaTik legally and follow the rules of TikTok and Discord.
3.Use of SatlaTik
You are responsible for how you use SatlaTik during your streams, and for following the Terms of Service and community guidelines of TikTok while you use the LIVE tools.
4.Creator account data
Overlay settings, goals, sounds, song requests, leaderboards and LIVE statistics are saved for the creator account that is logged in.
5.PRO subscription
Some features are part of a PRO subscription. PRO is approved by the SatlaTik team after a purchase through our Discord server. The price and the length of each plan are shown in the upgrade window.
6.LIVE integrations
The connection to a LIVE can be affected by changes at TikTok, network problems, browser behavior, OBS settings or the availability of other services.
7.Third-party services
SatlaTik relies on services such as TikTok, Discord and hosting providers. Their outages, policy changes or limits may affect the platform.
8.No warranty
SatlaTik is provided "as is" while it is still being developed. We work hard to keep the overlays stable, but streaming tools can fail without warning. Always test your setup before you go LIVE.
9.Abuse and misuse
Spam, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass limits, harmful automation or misuse of creator accounts may lead to removal of access or removal of data.
10.Changes to the service
SatlaTik may change, add, remove or improve features over time. If you keep using the service after a change, it means you accept the updated terms.
